The Rimu Walk is a loop that winds between a forest of glorious rimu trees. This gently-graded loop walk will offer some splendid examples of our country’s native flora and fauna, including a host of colourful and very inquisitive native birds. Don’t be surprised if a few flutter above you in the trees to say hello and join you on your walk – the fantails, in particular, are very friendly.
